NICOLA ANTONETTI – Chef-In-Residence

Nicola, born in 1977, originates from Lucca in Tuscany. His career began in hotel management school
in Barga and already at young age he worked on weekends in the top restaurants in Lucca. His ambition, his passion, his love for his work and his desire to discover new cultures motivated him to travel: Nicola gained experience abroad in around ten countries around the globe and he worked with top chefs there – often with top Italian chefs.
After many years abroad he met Martin, owner of VALDONICA. A symbiotic collaboration developed in the first season of 2023 – this is how “Ristorante Valdonica by Nico” was born.
